The Laurels of Willow Creek offers a comprehensive rehabilitation program consisting of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, with individualized therapy programs designed for each guest.
Our post-acute programs are designed for our guests to achieve the highest possible level of physical, social and emotional independence. We measure our medical outcomes by the degree in which we help you gain your independence in these areas. We use an interdisciplinary team of experienced clinicians and work with you, your family, and your physician to develop a "care plan" designed specifically for you.
